1. About These Terms

These Terms govern your use of Sunday Medal Pulse (“the Service”), operated by Sunday Medal Pulse Ltd. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are acting on behalf of a golf club, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. The Service

Sunday Medal Pulse is a member engagement platform for golf clubs. We may update or improve the Service from time to time.

3. Accounts

Your club administrator creates and manages your club’s account and is responsible for managing user access. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

4. Fees

The Service is offered on a paid subscription basis. Fees are as agreed in your club’s subscription agreement.

5. Your Data

Your club retains ownership of all data uploaded to or generated within the Service. You may request an export of your data at any time. On termination, data is retained for 30 days to allow for export, then deleted.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, attempt to access another club’s data, or interfere with the operation of the Service.

7. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection law.

8. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription in accordance with the subscription agreement. We may suspend access immediately for material breach of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
